BW Microgreens is a for profit social enterprise with a mission to advance society.  This is a broad mission because there are indeed many things that we want to do.  We believe in using clean energy, and doing everything to protect and preserve our environment.  We believe in the concept of leaving the world better than how we found it.

We are not yet certified organic, however, we grow our microgreens indoor with just pure drinking water, and the seeds that we use are certified organic.

We grow microgreens because they are the most nutritious food.  Some microgreens, including radish, broccoli, and red cabbage, have been shown to have as much as 40 times the nutrients of the full-grown counterparts.  Testing undertaken at the University of Maryland found consistently high levels of beta carotene, lutein, vitamin K, vitamin E, and vitamin C in 25 different microgreen varieties.

We are growing: sunflower, broccoli, pea shoots, radish and arugula.
